beef with chinese kale

Beef with Stir-fried Chinese Kale in Oyster Sauce

beef - as much you like
chinese kale - 4-5, roughly cut
garlic - 1-2 cloves, finely chopped
oyster sauce - 2 tablespoons
soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
olive oil - 2 tablespoons
a pinch of sugar


in the pan, heat olive oil
add garlic
add beef, brown the beef and then put them aside

add chinese kale into the pan with remained cooking oil & garlic
add oyster sauce, soy sauce & a pinch of sugar
add back the browned beef and stir to mix everything together ( 3-5 mins before trun off the heat)

turn off the heat, serve with whole grain rice.
