makcerel in spicy tomato sauce - thai style

Makcerel in Spicy Tomato Sauce : Thai Style

a can of makcerel in tomato sauce
4-5 of cherry tomatoes, halved
2 of cucumbers, roughly sliced (optional)
3-4 of red shallots, finely sliced
3 tablespoons of lime juice
2-3 tablespoons of fish sauce
2 tablespoons of coriander, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of spring onion, finely chopped
a pinch of sugar


in a big bowl, gently mix everything together

serve with rice.
