pork rib and pickled cabbage soup


Pork Rib & Pickled Cabbage Soup

100 g of pork ribs, cut into small pieces
150 g of pickled cabbage, cleaned and cut into small pieces
2 cloves of garlic, roughly crushed
3 coriander roots, roughly crushed
1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce
6 cups of chicken stock

Preparation

bring 6 cups of chicken stock, garlic & coriander roots to boil
add pork ribs and pickled cabbage, simmer until the ribs are tender (30 mins to 1 hour)
skim regularly and replenish with water if necessary
season with soy sauce, the soup must be light and clean.

serve with whole grain rice.
