Moo Tod Ka Tiem Prik Thai : Fried Pork with Pepper & Garlic
1 cup of pork, cut in strips
2 tablespoons of garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon of white pepper, ground
2-4 tablespoons of soy sauce
2-3 tablespoons of olive oil (extra light & mild)
a pinch of sugar
coriander leaves & spring onion, roughly chopped
Preparation
* heat the cooking pan
* add olive oil
* add garlic, stir-fry the garlic till aromatic & becoming yellow
* add pork, keep stirring till the pork is cooked through
* add soy sauce, a pinch of sugar and ground white pepper, keep stirring
(add a little of water if needed : only if you like a little more of sauce.)
* remove to the serving plate
* serve over a bed of streamed rice and then sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves & spring onion.
* a small cup of "thai chillies dipping" is optional.

Great write up on moo tod needs an english description if this is to be the same dish i loved to eat restaraunt side after a long night drinking at soi 22. Crispy pork no?
