Ricotta & Orange Marmalade on Whole meal CrackersSomething I have for breakfast lately!! Its also good serving as snack.
Find below a recipe (too easy)
• 6 whole-wheat crackers
• 12 tablespoons (or part-skim) ricotta cheese
• 6 teaspoons orange marmalade or any jams
Spread 2 tablespoons of ricotta over each piece of crackers. Spoon 1 tablespoon of marmalade over the ricotta, and serve.
Serves 2
