Chicken with Sweet Chillis Paste
chicken - as much as you feel like to
olive oil 2 tablespoons
sweet chillis paste 2 tablespoons
soy suace 1 tablespoon
oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
spring onion 2-3, chopped roughly
garlice 2 cloves, chopped finely
onion 1, sliced
preparation
in the pan, heat olive oil
add garlic & onion
add chicken
add soy sauce, chillis paste & oyster sauce
add spring onion ( a few mins before turn off the heat)
turn off the heat
serve with lemon and whole grain rice
