Greek Saladrocket leaves
6-9 of cherry tomatoes, halved
1-2 of medium cucumbers, sliced
250g feta cheese, diced
6-8 pitted black olive oil
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of fresh oregano (optional)
sea salt
ground black pepper
Preparationplace everything into to salad bowl
spoon over the salad with olive oil and lemon juice
season with sea salt and black pepper
toss gently to mix
sprinkle the salad with fresh oregano and serve immediately
