pork with ginger and garlic

Pork with Ginger & Garlic

pork - as much as you like
ginger - 2 tablespoons, grated
garlic - 2 cloves, grated
oyster sauce - 2 tablespoons
soy sauce - 1-2 tablespoons
olive oil - 2 tablespoons
a pinch of sugar

yellow lemon
coriander leaves, finely chopped


in the pan, heat olive oil
add garlic and grated ginger
add pork, stir until the pork are cooked through
add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and a pinch of sugar

turn off the heat
sprinkle with coriander leaves
serve with whole grain rice and lemon
