pork wtih holy basil

Pork with Holy Basil : Moo Pad Bai Ka Pao

pork - as much as you like
holy Basil leaves - as much as you like
3-5 of chillis, roughly chopped
2 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of seasoning sauce
2 tablespoons of chicken stock
2 tablespoons of olive oil
a pinch of sugar


in the pan, heat olive oil
add garlic and chillis, wait until garlic turns yellow
add pork
add soy sauce, oyster sauce, seasoning sauce & a pinch of sugar
add chicken stock, stir & wait until the pork are cooked through.
add holy basil leave ( a few mins before turn off the heat)

turn off the heat
serve with whole grain rice
