Stir-fried smoked ham with mushroom

Stir-Fried Smoked Ham with Mushroom

1 cup of smoked ham, sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon extra light olive oil
2 cups of mushroom, fresh
3 spring onions (optional)
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
a pinch sugar

heat oil in a wok or a pan
add garlic until it turns yellow.
add ham and stir-fry until tender.
add mushroom and onion and continue to stir-fry.
add soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar and taste if extra sugar or soy sauce is needed.
serve with streamed rice
